 No. The Audit and Build are one-time projects with a fixed scope and price. Guardian is month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No retainers, no lock-ins. 

 Always the Audit. You can't build what you don't understand, and we can't scope a Build without knowing exactly what's broken. The Audit gives us and you a full picture in 5 days. If you already know you want everything, the Full includes the Audit and gets you moving faster. 

 Yes. We specialize exclusively in HubSpot, not Salesforce, not Pipedrive, not GHL. That focus is what lets us move fast and build right. If you're on another CRM and want to migrate to HubSpot, we can scope that as part of a Build. 

 Minimal. We need one point of contact for access and approvals, roughly 2 to 3 hours total over 2 to 3 weeks. You don't need to understand HubSpot to work with us. That's the whole point.
